keywords rank means the position of your target keywords when people use it with Google or other search engines.
Page rank actually is a number to judge the authority of your page/website (from 0-10). As far as I know, page rank is not that important now.

Google Keyword Rank :- Well its the rank that your website is on Google for a particular keyword, it Generally depends on your keyword selection and overall website SEO , it is the keyword rank that you ask for when you hire any SEO company to optimize your website

Google Page Rank (PR):- Well It is nothing but the measure of quality of backlinks that your website has. If your website has backlinks from High PR pages ( Note:- Linking to a high PR website doesn't mean you are linking to a High PR page, PR varies from page to page) , it will automatically get link juice from them (if the links are dofollow) , and your PR will automatically go up. Though you may not actually be getting a lot of traffic from Search Engines.
