What is 302 and 301 redirection and what is the difference between both redirection.

301 is the permanent redirection and 302 is Temporary redirection.

301-It is a permanent redirect rule from one URL to another.
302-It is a temporary redirect rule from one URL to another.

301 Redirect is a form of URL which allows the users and visitors of website moved from the current URL to the different address. It is basically defined as 301 redirection.

I trust this redirecting business is completely white hat?
Also, can this equally be applied if you have a www.domain.com and domain.co.uk and want to point the .co.uk to .com?

302 redirection for temporarily moved pages and 301 for permanent redirection.
