A 302 redirect tells the search engine that the move is only temporary, earch engines handle 301 redirects the same but Search engines handle 302 redirects very differently thats why i think 301 redirect is better.

Yes. once 301 redirection is completed we no need to worry whether the page is moved temporarily or permanently.

A 302 status code means Found, or more commonly referred to as “temporarily moved.” This redirect does not carry or pass the link value to the new location.......

302 redirection tells about temporary redirection to Search Engine bots while 301 Redirection shows permanent redirection from old to new URL.

It is good to use 302 redirect code for urls. It can be mostly helpful in most of the cases but if done in a wrong way, can change into disaster in relation to rankings and performance in search engines. Always check if you are doing it for a right page, doing it in a wrong way can ruin your efforts.

A 302 redirect means that the move is temporary. Search engines need to figure out whether to keep the old page, or replace it with the one found at the new location.

302 is temporary redirection. 301 is permanent redirection. Redirection should be carefully otherwise it effects your site ranking.

A 302 redirect is a temporary redirect. It passes 0% of link juice (ranking power) and, in most cases, should not be used.
