How much time Google favors new sites in search results?

if the work ON page optimizationis not done at all, i dont think google is going to favor any site. Again, nothing is predictable with google when it comes to this query and other aspects like indexing, back link identification, ulr removal etc.

Google will index the site within a 2 days after submitting your website in webmaster tool

If you want to do it faster, put your keywords also in

1)h1 tags,
2)your pages titles
3)in meta descriptions of every page
4)in your friendly urls

According to the competition and quality of links, Google decides its Serp. It takes 3 months for a high competitive keyword in my experience

Its only depend upon the strategy you are applying for optimizing that website. because I have optimized new website and got that website more then 15 keyword in first page just within 20 to 25 days.
