Hello!
I have a question to ask. Which windows based web host do you consider as the best one?
I would rate aspnix.com as the best one - what about you?

Never heard about their services, but you can check their customer review in various website hosting forums and review sites. They help much to know more about the stability and service of a new web host (http://hostingaficionado.com/cheap-website-hosting-insight-into-web-hosting-shopping/).

I didn't have any experience with aspnix.
According to me,I vote for TheWebPole.com (http://www.thewebpole.com/hosting/web-hosting_4.aspx?ci=83725&prog_id=456994&pl_id=456994) They have three types of web hosting plans start $2.79 /month rate. Each plan includes special kind of features like Unlimited Monthly Bandwidth,99.9% uptime guarantee etc... Recently i hosted my website here.I never had any server down problem.

The Windows Hosts file allows you to define which domain names (websites) are linked to which IP addresses. It takes precedence over your DNS servers, so your DNS servers may say facebook.com is linked to a specific IP address, but you can have facebook.com go anywhere you want
