How to clear this error "Googlebot can't access your site"?

Today morning i got the email from Google web master account,it said Googlebot can't access your site.How to clear this error?

You need to submit or resubmit your sitemap to Google Webmaster tool to enable Google bot to access your website. You also need to check that your robots.txt file does not enlist the webpages restricting Google bot access.

You have to check your website's robot.txt file first. And if there any issues you have find out then sort it out and upload it again. After that create a new and updated XML sitemap and submit it in Google through Google webmaster tool.
