Creating same questions in various Forums will not create a spam. It is just sharing your thoughts in various forums. Also Google is not as active to cache forum posts frequently to review your questions as spam.

Better to be safe, you can just rephrase or restructure your sentence instead.

Just change the words the meanings in every forums while you posting the same questions.It would good for forum posting.

It won't count in spamming because if you don't get satisfaction answer of your query for specific forum then you move to next forum.
I would suggest you rewrite or change phrase while posting another forum.
