The class and id names are case sensitive else codes are not case sensitive. For the example class="First" and class="first" are two different class but font-size and FONT-SIZE acts as same.

CSS IDs and classes are definitely case sensitive. WinIE 5.x does this wrong (ignores case), but WinIE 6 fixed it. All the standard-compliant browsers (FF, Moz, Safari, Opera) are case sensitive.

CSS is not case sensitive in most respects except when comes to class and id attributes.
