Keywords are not restricted for a webpage, but you can keep it between two to three to get the maximum benefit to rank them in search engines.

You can use max 2-3% keyeord density within a webpage, 500 words.

Keeping it simple. Ideally, each page of your website will use three to five keyword phrases, and these will be specific to that page

Make sure that you use a combination of good keywords on your home page, and link to pages from your main navigation. According to MOZ, a good number of keywords to start with is between one and 15. This depends on the number of pages you have on your site, your budget and the type of keywords you want to rank for.

While this is more of an inexact science, the general rule of thumb is to include specific keywords no more than five times in a standard blog post. Anything else can be considered spammy to the reader and negatively impact the user experience.

There is no official limit on the number of meta keywords you can have. Each search engine sets its own rules. However, it is a good practice to have less than 10% of the total words of a page.

There is no magic keyword density percentage or number of times to use your keywords on your web page.
