Does Penalize Site not recover ?

I have site which is down on the update of google penguin 3.0. I have deleted many dab backlinks from the site but my site is not recover. would you like to suggest me how to recover ?

I haven't arise these kind of errors but it will be possible to the Google web Master Tool...

Check in google webmasters tools if there is anything to do.. Use the disavow links tool and update your old content... keep adding quality content and the website will recover.. sure that will take time so be patient!

A penalize website can recover its value up-to a certain extent.. But the website should have to pass with many algorithm tests before it can be re-trusted under quality parameters. Do this there are lots ways to be undertaken..finding out way to demolish toxic links...creating quality links and some audience interest content/posts and social signals.. All such efforts will not put the website were it was before or it can put you on the running situation...
