Anyone effecting by SingleHop outage today?

We have a few servers at SingleHop and it appears that the problem started at around 3 AM, US Central Time.

There's not yet an official release about the cause of the problem. They just said they have a problem with Cisco network. In fact, they just moved all the servers to a new facility. Not sure what's going here.
