Hello everyone, well, I have a 6.6 x86_64 server, has 4GB of RAM, and an Intel Xeon Dual Core, 2.3GHz (4 core) processor. Lately I've had an overload that have failed and not able to fix this. Can someone please help?

At first I thought that backups were running on the server, but no. If someone could guide me, I'd appreciate it, the server came to 140% cpu usage !!
