Page rank - This is numeric scale that rates the incoming links a website has.
SERP - The page of results you see after conducting a search in a search engine like Google.

PR stands for Page Rank while SERP stands for Search Engine Result Page. page rank tool is used to check the rank of a particular web page in the search engine where in SERP 10 number of web page can viewed when we search for any query. for example when we search for web design company in India at that time we can see 10 different answers are coming on a page.. that is called as SERP

PR means how much authority of your site on google and SERP means what position of the keywords of your site in google.

PR is a page rank of any website and this is a particular page rank on Google search while SERP is a search engine page rank and this is change always on Google search results.
