Company comparasion for Windows hosting

There are two companies which I found attractive to get a windows shared hosting from.
First is extremely cheap and reliable-looking webhostgiant.com - the shared plans for windows have probably the lowest price I have ever saw and much resources given with the package.
Second is slightly costlier pivotalweb.com, which is however offering a great 50% discount for lifetime, making their windows hosting more attractive. Their plans are also resourceful and the company also looks very stable.

Can you comment the offers? What would you choose?
