Organic results are the Web page listings that most closely match the user’s search query based on relevance. Also called “natural” search results, ranking high in the organic results is what SEO is all about.
Paid results are basically advertisements — the Web site owners have paid to have their Web pages display for certain keywords, so these listings show up when someone runs a search query containing those keywords.

I think that it will be reasonable to recommend paidforumposting.com (http://paidforumposting.com/) services, they offer really nice forum posting, blog content, seo article writing solutions and also blog commenting. This will help you to generate traffic to your web sites. They are ok.

SEO is an organic search while PPC is a paid search method to promote your website.

when we do proper search engine optimization then we get organic results under white hat techniques. But by using Google adwords, we run paid search engine ads and gets paid results.

Organic results are cost effective and paid results are costlier.

Paid PPC traffic: Fast result, able to control traffic but when you stop your campaign your traffic will stop too

Organic traffic: Slow result, but when you archive to first place, your visitors will never stop even if you don't touche your website anymore
