I have recently changed meta tag and whole content of my website page and It has been 2 week but still showing old meta tag on Google.

If you webpage is still not crawled after you changed your meta tags, then you need to wait for it. Once the webpage in crawled and indexed with the new meta tags, it will reflect the results in search engines.

May be your website not indexed through in SERP, use Google webmaster Tool its very good for crwal.
