Login webmaster tool through gmail, select add site, enter website URL and select the alternative method, select html tag, It give one code copy that and place in html code head section.

For Google analytics login through gmail, select access new account, in admin select to create new account, enter website URL and select the code which is given copy and paste in html code head section.

1. On the Webmaster Tools home page, click Manage site next to the site you want, and then click Google Analytics property.
