Why pages non-indexed from XML site map from last week? 27 pages indexed but now it show only 14 pages. How to solve it and should it affect on my ranking?

It's just a list of all the pages of a website in XML format. You can use plain text format if you like, well-behaved bots like Bing, Google and Yahoo can also read them.

Your sitemap may be not updating for some reason, and you keep feeding the old/broken one in Webmaster Tools. Always check, after you have addressed the issues that were pointed out to you in the webmaster tools dashboard, that you've run a fresh sitemap and re-submit that.

Crawling and Indexing is search engines process and it depends some reasons. if your site content is not unique, search engines crawlers will not crawl or index it.
