Suppose my 1000pages website and if some pages indexed so how can get that URL whatever indexed or how many not indexed?

You can check your indexed pages by "site:URL" in the search box of a search engine. It will provide the results of the indexed pages of your website.

Google webmasters will tell you if you have a site link yes, however in order to get listed you need to have all of those pages with rank and pr level. They do change form time to time. Popularity and being in the number one spot for the main keyword and the site links will be categories of the main keyword. If you can pull that off you are for sure ranking many pages.
