We are using Google web master and analytic tool. There are lots of tool for the SEO but these tools are very useful and effective.

Openlinkprofiler is also a very good tool including above all. with openlinkprofiler you can check back links of any website. it has alots of others useful features as well.

Actually, Google Webmaster Tools and Google Analytics Tools are the most common SEO tools used by myself for SEO purpose. Other then that, i can also use Ahrefs.com, Semrush.com, Webmeup.com and Serps.com, etc.
