PA and DA refers to the page authority and domain authority respectively. They are the measurement of trust and reputation of your domain in search engines. They help to rank webpages in search engines.

DA: Domain Authority predicts how well a website will rank on search engines. Use Domain Authority when comparing one site to another or tracking the “strength” of your website over time.
PA: Page Authority predicts how well a specific page will rank on search engines. It is based off data from the Mozscape web index and includes link counts and other factors.
Like just like example http://cleanmasterforpc.com/ where its DA is 35 and PA all the avarage page is 45.
