How to open blogger's blog with ".com" extension in India?

If you have a blog (named XYZ) on blogger, then you will be able to open this blog as xyz.blogspot.in in India. If you wish to open your blog like xyz.blogspot.com then how could you do? I am asking about how can we make our blogger blog to open with .com extension?
