In wordpress blog how to change home page title?

my website is http://www.malaysiawills.com, my question is how to change the page title "Malaysia Wills - Evanna Phoon - Professional Will Writing based in Petaling Jaya, Malaysia." to "Malaysia Will - No. 1 Rockwills Malaysia Online Will Writing Website"

I tried hard coding the header.php but it didn't work, pls help

you need go to setting then general tab in it for change your blog Title.

On Wordpress follow those Step.

Setting > General > Change Blog Title .
