I am hosting several accounts with multiple email addresses and all of them need some state of the art spam protection.

Is there a dedicated server solution or other hosting solution I could set for them that would protect their email from spam effectively? Or is there a spam solution provider that is relatively easy to setup on a Linux hosting server to protect all these addresses?

You can trust http://rareservers.com/ - they offer a widen range of dedicated servers in Europe and USA along with spam protection and DDOS protection.
You will find out the availability of their systems administrators and send them a support ticket and see how fast they respond.

What you need is a spam filtering mail gateway. You can set one by yourself or get server management & ask them.

If you are using cpanel/whm you can limit the amount of emails a client can sent and if this option is not available you should close the ports completely.

Think that Zetservers.com (http://Zetservers.com/) will meet your expectations. They offer DDoS and Spam protection. They're offering code: LZCMP9C14Q to get 15% OFF!
I have found them to be the best host for support, advice, and pricing out of several hosts I have ever seen before.

I believe that spamassassin would be enough if you will properly tweak it

Spam Assassin is the standard now. Ask your host to add it.

Manage your Hosting server email settings accordingly that do not allow your clients to send mass mails this will help you other users who is sending transactional mails only from your hosted domains.

Hi, konnorVPB!
Have you heard of MagicSpam's SMTP Email Spam Protection Plugin for Cpanel and WHM (http://www.magicspam.com/anti-spam-protection-cpanel.php?link_id=IV8UzUm1zp)? With our spam protection service you can block spam before it reaches your inbox. SpamAssassin only filters spam after you have received it. We recommend using our service in conjunction with SpamAssassin to block and filter the most spam and reduce your resource load.. With one license you can protect an unlimited number of users and domains server-wide for a low monthly cost with the Basic/Paid version. Resellers looking to upsell spam-protection as a service will be interested in our PRO edition that simplifies packaging email anti-spam for your clients.

We also have a page on the cPanel Applications Catalogue - Email Tools (https://goo.gl/JC4kxM)!

Feel free to ask me any questions here and I will respond as soon as I can.

I would sugget to take Managed Dedicated Servers, for which provider will do all the settings and installation to protect SPamming or
spamassassin is one of the application you can use.
we can provide you according to your requirements with best customer support at very competative prices in the market.

As has been said, SpamAssassin is very much the industry standard. I would hazard a guess that most if not all 'spam filtering' services are based on it; I know a local business who sells such a service and all it is is a Linux box running SA. As long as you keep the rules updated eg using a regular cron job it should do everything you need.
