How do I login to my account?
One of the first questions a new web hosting customer has after sign-up is “how do I login to my account?” It is a good question that often has two parts:
Where do I go to login?
What login information do I use?
The answer to both of questions may be right in front of you. Most web hosts send a well structured and thorough welcome email to new customers with account information, IP addresses, nameservers and a control panel URL to login and access your account. Most support teams should be able to answer the question without any trouble, but to make sure you get the service as quickly as possible, have all of the information you might need to verify your account handy. Include the last four digits of your credit card number, your domain name, name, etc. in the initial support ticket/email and it will help move the process along much faster.

Problem: Recurring downtime. This is one problem that is sure to undermine your site, not to mention cause you perpetual stress. Constant outages will negatively affect your traffic and lose your audience. Admittedly, even the best web hosting services will have downtimes. The problem is when it becomes so frequent and worse, when your web host can’t or won’t offer a clear explanation for it.
Problem: Poor customer support. If you do run into problems and technical glitches, your web host should have a good client support that you can immediately contact. Getting a busy tone or having your urgent email unanswered for days is frustrating. It’s also annoying to get vague answers about the complaints or issues you brought up.
Problem: Hidden fees. You might be lured into signing up for a web hosting package by a flashy marketing gimmick offering very low rates. The next you know, you’re paying way more than the advertised price and there are add-ons and extras that were piled into your bill without your knowledge.

5 Most Common Web Hosting Problems
When migrating your site to a hosting platform, there are a few common issues you might encounter related to downtime, layout, displaying content, etc. These are some options to look into when facing such issues.
1. I uploaded my website, but I still see a “Coming Soon” page!
This means one of two things:
Your web browser is loading an old version of your site
You uploaded your site to the wrong place on your web hosting
Loading an old version of your site
Fixing this issue is easy – just clear your browser’s cache. We’ve got those instructions for you here.
Uploaded your site to the wrong place
This common web hosting problem is more complicated, but there are two things you need to check.
Make sure you uploaded your website to the right folder on your hosting account.
Make sure you uploaded a valid “index” file into that directory. Typically, these files will be called something like index.html or default.html.
2. The changes to my website aren’t displaying!
A simple fix: you just need to clear your browser’s cache.
3. My website was up, and now it’s down!
If you recently made any changes to your site, it’s possible that those brought your site down. We’ll assume that’s not the case, though. That means there are typically one of two things that caused it:
4. My website doesn’t display any of my images!
If all of your images are missing, there are are two likely explanations:
The images failed to upload to your hosting account. A simple fix is to just try and re-upload them.
The images are in the wrong folder. To find out where they’re supposed to be, right-click the area where the image should be on your website and select an option like “Open image in a new tab.” The new tab that opens will show you the URL your website is using — move your images into that directory and they’ll start displaying.
5. My website’s layout looks completely wrong!
You can tell this is happening because your website looks like it’s displaying just its text and none of its layout or design elements.

Gone are the days when businesses, be it small or large, used paperwork to do any business related activities. Every single enterprise has its own website now. A typical Web Hosting environment provided by Web Hosting Service Providers for small businesses has lots of websites sharing the same physical host.
Lets say you are a Web Host having three physical servers to provide the website content of 50 customers, i.e. 50 domains have their website content served by three physical servers. These three servers are load balanced for high availability. It is a hard task to monitor the performance of the 50 websites and the three servers. But, with Site24x7 it is not.

Web hosts (https://www.bodhost.com/) usually charge for the service they render. You as a user also have the ability to have your own full-fledged server right from your own home, but the main difference between investing in your own server and picking a hosting company is that designing your own server is likely to cost you dearly. To set up a server, you will require a powerful computer with a good processor and lots of RAM and also an operating system like Linux or Windows. To add to that you will also be required to have technical skills to manage and run the server.
When you hire a web hosting company, it will manage all backend concerns, including the maintenance and repair of the servers. So basically, web hosts are designed to make your life easier by saving you the hassle.

Sometimes the web hosting provider takes a long time to resolve the queries
New users don't know their exact requirements and hence choose wrong hosting plans. And then the hosting provider is blamed.
Also, as the business grows, they also start expanding their hosting services to get more scalability and flexibility. And it takes them a long time to realize this.
Sometimes. A web hosting company fails to maintain their uptime and reliability
