I don't know about LibertyVPS but general guidelines for buying a VPS is that it should have money back guarantee (AT LEAST 7 DAYS). Avoid cheap openvz vps as it's easy to oversell openvz vps. KVM or XEN is much better option as overselling is not possible with it. Make sure you call / chat with the VPS provider before ordering & clarify everything.
