There have been many posts on forums and blogs with people developing panic attacks and deep anxiety due to this fact. Your website suddenly drops a couple pages or even a hundred in rankings over night. The questions is did you get deindexed, sandboxed or is the dance happening once again. If you are de-indexed that would simply mean that google is not showing you in their search engine at all. Being sandboxed is usually a punishment for aggressive SEO behavior which Google does not like.

Old timers in the SEO world will remember the “Google Dance,” if not fondly, at least with some nostalgia. It was when Google's rankings went through a change each month, sometimes dramatically, when a new algorithm was launched.

In search engine optimization (SEO), Google Dance is an out-dated slang term used to describe the period of time in which Google used to rebuild its rankings, and as a result of this rebuilding, rankings of Web sites on Google's SERP may fluctuate in order during a several day period. The "Google Dance" would happen anywhere up to 36 times per year, however in 2003 Google begun updating its index on a weekly basis, which all but eliminated the Google Dance.

Google Dance is a time period, in which Google update their data from their servers and you get high fluctuation in ranking like mostly keyword rank on first page or all keywords disappear from ranking.. etc. It is for small time because after some days, you get your actual ranking again.

There is no need to be upset about this problem my friend, there is always a solution. I used to try hemp oil https://www.payspi.org/best-cheap-vape-pens-for-wax-dry-herb-oil/, especially if we're talking about muscle pain. I am a professional hockey player, and I gave injuries all the time. Hemp oil helps to overcome it.
