Something inexpensive or reasonable what someone would expect or afford to pay for a similar quality service. A cheap price is that which benefit both seller and buyer. :)

mister i, May I ask what kind of web hosting solution are you looking for to estimate the price to be considered as cheap.

Well, simply looking at the prices might not always look like a great idea because many times too cheap may be equal to low quality. It depends on your special web requirements and how many features you'd like to have for your future site.

$10
I assume someone might find that very expensive for the shared web hosting service.
So that is quite difficult question going to be as no one will be able tell you for sure.

Many companies offer solutions very cheap, some of them like dayanahost.com appear to be extremely cheap with ten bucks per year plans, but they are considered as a reliable host.

Also really cheap offers for shared hosting are provided by webintellects.com, which is enough experienced to be called stable as well.

It depends on what type of hosting you want to go with. If you're looking for typical shared hosting, anything under $10 per month is cheap. I would say that you could get some good hosting in the $6-$12/month range.

Indeed. IT is possible o get ten buck per year plans from such companies as dayana host from Callisto's post, and thus I do not think ten per month is cheap. This is just average price

ten dollars per year (dayanahost) is indeed cheap.ten per month is not. Average monthly price from three to five bucks from good companies.

Sometimes very cheap could be equal to low quality. It is like a good idea paying a few more dollars on having some solid hosting options online.

It really depends on what you are looking for.

Most shared hosts charge around $6-$8 per month, paid yearly. Actually there are a few hosts that charge even below $5 per month. Not comments about the quality or support, still I guess anything above $10 is expensive these days.

Cheap means with all the facilities you get the best price, lowest in the market. but cheap doesnt mean that you compromise on something and getting that in less price.

When I think of cheap, I think of low quality. Less than $5 to 6 bucks.

You get what you pay for. It all depends on what you want to get.
