I have never heard of the mentioned companies but I'd advise you to use services from ifastnet.com (https://ifastnet.com/) and integralhost.net (http://integralhost.net/webhosting), they have plans which are able to satisfy the demands of many IT users.
Prices are competitive and uptime is high.
