Internal links are those that point to internal pages of the same domain. They are useful to redirect traffic within the same domain and reduce the bounce rate for your website.

Inbound links are those that point to your domain from external webpages. These links are helpful to build traffic and also keyword ranking for your website.

The best answers are already given by some here already.. But here's my take . The main difference between both is simple Internal links are created by you for an easy navigation for your visitors through your website while the inbound links are generated by you either naturally or intentionally to improve search engine rankings and traffic.
