Keyword placement is a very critical part of SEO and it mainly depends on the market and your target area. But make sure that you do not use the keywords repetitively in an article as it is against the Google's algorithm updates rule.

Different kind of tools are available of the keyword research, one of them tools is keyword planner, and according to keyword different kind of format with keyword volume search on a day, easily recognized, then easily know that which keyword are benefits for us and used as keyword placement of any website.

You can place your target keywords on the title and headers of your site. For example you're targeting "weight loss products" and you made an article about that topic, you can create a title like
"Weight Loss Products : 10 Supplements that really work!"

1. Each page (article, post etc) of content should be between 500-1000 words long
2. Use your primary keyword at least one time in each 80-100 words and each secondary keyword at least one time in each 400-500 words
3. Use your primary keyword in the title of the page, article or post
4. Use the primary keyword in the first and last sentence of your page, article or post
5. Include at least 2 sub-titles with the primary keyword of the page, article or post
6. Include the primary keyword in the first part of your meta description
7. Include at least one image in each post optimised for the primary keyword including the image name and alt tag
8. Include one primary keyword in bold and one italicised
