The free hosting can be obtained starting from a free supplier of web hosting or starting from a supplier of reception paid under an active business of web hosting.
The generally free suppliers of reception are not those which I would recommend for no matter whom who want to run a serious Web site. If your glance to build a Web site with images of the nice kittens or rabbits fluffy goes then certainly test the free reception If your glance to build a site for your business or a site which you want to develop and taken seriously then I would look at other options.
The reason of this is that the suppliers of reception that free tend to put additional limits or conditions on their web hosting company Limits such as only being able to have the number of pages seen per day or to require random advertisements to be shown on your site. The visitors of Web site tend to wrinkle the eyebrows on such things and can not take your site with serious because of your choice of reception The free suppliers of reception of Web also tend not to offer several of the advanced devices that the paid suppliers of Web hosting offer like computer programming languages or additional options of safety of Web site.

In Addition to that : Free Hosting doesn't include 100% reliability contents like Backups, 24 technical support
Free hosting only work for only testing your incomplete project, application etc. Not for your business or professional website.

Free hosts are in most cases not reliable as many slow servers could be expected to have. Also a lot of limitations are in place. Using free hosts could be excellent for the younger developers who are trying to foster their page building skills.

Free webhosting service that is indeed the way to save some funds. At the same time that is not the way to have serious projects hosted there. That is web hosting service with no guarantee. if you need serious project to be hiosted and have supposrt you will need paid web hosting

There is not even a single free PHP+MySQL host that can be called reliable and stayed on business for few years. You can get a free blogger account, not a cPanel PHP account.

The advent of blogging and free blog space has brought about a revolution in web publishing that pushes the boundaries of terms like “webmaster” and “website.” In today’s brave new world of Internet publishing for the masses, the traditional means of building and hosting a personal website has fallen out of favor for many new webmasters.

If you have personal web site which not associated with business I assume that is really good idea and you can follow it and use. But for the business web site that is recommended to have some paid web hosting account to be sure about the guarantees

Free hosting is never reliable, the site can be up one day and the next the entire hosting company has shut down and gone. Uptime will be poor, server will be slow and support non-existant. For any serious website free hosting could cost more in the long run than just putting down a couple of bucks for quality hosting.

At any given point, paid hosting gives you everything required. its only for free hostings that such advices are required. Avoid free hosting guys, if you seroiusly are thinking of getting into internet business.

You pay the web hosting companies for there support, don't expect much support from Free Hosting companies since you are not paying them. Also most of those free hosting companies are oversold and the services are very slow.
Hosting personal sites would be fine on a Free Hosting server, but if your going to do business I would choose a paid hosting company for the support and reliable services.

Free web hosting company can not guarate uptime, the speed of server.and their support system is not very perfect. So if your want to go on business seriously you have to select paid hosting provider.

One pay to web web hosting companies because it is not easy for one to establish its own server who rally serve the facilities 24/7 the site one have. other reason the expertise required to maintain the data, traffic and other issues are really difficult that one should have proper knowledge and skill in the feild of computer science.

I will not advice any serious business to go for a free host cos it has numerous problems....from no customer support to those ugly banners that will be displayed on your site.

I paid some host company, because i don`t have web hosting my own.
And I think paid web hosting is easier than manage all host by my self.
Sometimes I totally agree with you etaer. I wish at times I didnt run my own server, but others I love it

I'd never use a free host for professional website - and I don't know anyone else who has. It's probably ok for a personal site though.

In my point of view,We pay the hosting companies because the reason of this is that the suppliers of reception that free tend to put additional limits or conditions on their web hosting company Limits such as only being able to have the number of pages seen per day or to require random advertisements to be shown on your site.
Best of luck.

The main difference between free & paid hosting is reliability & stability. You are always in uncertain situation about the future of your domain. There is no support so you need to manage everything at your own.

You pay a host for support, reliability and a high quality service. With free hosts you don't get the neccessary support or reliability, and there are always limitations to the service you get.
I would only ever use a free host for a test site, and certainly never for a business site.

Hello
Nothing new in your post/observations. I think it's pretty clear to the majority of people what the purpose of free hosting is for. But for those that don't your post might/should help them.
Thanks
Have a nice time ahead.
