I'm planning to build a website but since geocities free hosting has shut down, I have to find another web host that is easy to use, navigate, has efficient web tools and has faster loading time. No they are not exactly like what you said. There are a few among them which will give you a stable performance. Though you shouldn't expect a lot in terms of support services but the hosting environment would be good enough for you to survive.
