I would not recommend you keep all eggs in the one basket. Use one company for the web hosting accounts and another one for the marketing

Sure there are tons of local companies and national companies who can do this. Logoworks.com is a big one for logos and there are plenty of good designers. Like others stated, keep your hosting and design with separate companies.

I would recommend using specialists in each field. For log design, there are some interesting specialists online. Google "logo design" and see the samples.

Web hosting is totally a different area and I would recommend Hostgator. If you need custom programming or web design, find a specialist at elance.
