What do you mean? If you asking about the different, SEO single site focus on short-term SEO method while author site requires long-term method. Many single site owners do many blackhat SEO activities to boost their site position on SERPs, without caring about Google rules.

Seo single site is seo website on top in the google. it's called short-term SEO method. SEO author site is called long-term method. Content of website is clearly and has value.
