I'm currently with GoDaddy for hosting. I like the package that they offer where you are able to host multiple web sites with 1 low priced account. It's dirt cheap...less than $80 USD for 1 year. I haven't really had any problems with them to speak of. My biggest motivator to sign up was the price and because of the fact that I can test and run new web sites without having to buy a separate hosting package.

But if to talk about reliable paid hosting providers I would definitely name the companies as dayanahost.com for their ten bucks per year Say5 plans (http://www.dayanahost.com/say5_plans.cfm) and also just199 (http://www.just199.com), for their low cost slice-price plans.

Both are enough stable to go with.

Just host is one of the cheapest webhost providers, but i'm not certain that it's the cheapest. Fatcow, pronet and webhostpad are also very cheap.

However, if you are planning for make a website to sell or make income, I will prefer blue host, host gator etc... that is reputed and charge about 5$/month.
