I have something to ask you, please help me.
I know how to buy a domain name but then i am being told to register to a web hosting site or watever. I can make my site on Front page but how do i upload it ? Need your help.

First you need a house to store information, and then you add it on by pointing the DNS or name servers, this is easy when you find it on google, there are full instructions

Why are you going to design a site on FrontPage? Why dont you try Photoshop then HTML, CSS, WordPress or PHP? FrontPage is outdated.

It's simple, you want to build up a building. So, you need a plot for that Web Hosting is that for and you want to name that place so people will get to know that is your building, so is Domain name for.
