Bounce rate is single page visit.

Exit rate is the percentage of people who has left your website from a particular page.

For all pageviews to the page, Exit Rate is the percentage that were the last in the session. For all sessions that start with the page, Bounce Rate is the percentage that were the only one of the session. Bounce Rate for a page is based only on sessions that start with that page

Bounce rate - Bounce rate is the percentage of visitors to a given website that leave the site after viewing only a single page. A high bounce rate can be interpreted to mean either that the content is not relevant to its target market or that the site is not attracting its target market effectively. Bounce rate can be measured in one of two ways: Either determining the number of visitors who enter the website but “bounce” or move before exploring anything other than the entry page or determining which visitors leave the site after only a brief time period.

Exit rate- Exit rate is the percentage of people who left your site from that page. Exits may have viewed more than one page in a session.

Bounce rate: Bounce rate is the percentage of the visitors visited the website and only looked at a single page before leaving your site, when a visitor bounces they do not visit any other pages on your site.
Exit rate: The exit rate does not take into consideration how many pages the visitor looked at,it only looks at the exit compared to the total exists.

Bounce rate - Bounce rate is the percentage of people who landed on a page and immediately left. Bounces are always one page sessions.
High bounce rates are often bad, but it’s really a matter of context. Some queries may inherently generate high bounce rates. Specific informational queries (e.g. – What are the flavors of Otter Pops?) might yield high bounce rates. If the page fulfills the query intent, there may be no further reason for the user to engage.

Exit Rate - Exit Rate is the percentage of visitors that leave your site from a given page based on the number of visits to that page.
