If your website is fresh then it'll take some time to get indexed in google data base. For fast crawling use sitemap, share your web content on social networking sites, groups & communities relevant to your niche. The only way of indexing your website on google database is increasing traffic on your site from different sources.

I use to do backlinking a lot myself but got frustrated with it bc I was getting the same results you are. Honestly the best way to do it, is by using Fiver to hire someone to do it for you.
