Pay-Per-Click (PPC) means you pay for every click through to your website after signing up for a pay-per-click- program such as Google AdWords.
PTC stands for paid-to-click. This is completely different from PPC program. The advertiser will pay the viewer certain amount for clicking and viewing the advertisement.

PPC stands for pay per click, when the user click on your ads a fix amount has been charged from your account. You pay for each click. But PTC is a different marketing staratgey in PTC the publisher encourage the user to click on ads by offering them offers to earn money or other things.

PPC= pay per click which means you pay a particular amount for every click your campaign gets.
PTC= pay to click , which I think belongs to those low-paying networks that pay you to click.

The main difference is that PPC (Pay Per Click) is a legitimate advertising model, while PTC (Paid To Click) is an illegitimate practice that pays people to commit click fraud.

It’s important to understand the difference between PPC and PTC programs. Pay Per Click (PPC) mens you pay for every click through to your website after signing up for a pay-per-click- program such as Google AdWords. Paid To Click (PTC), on the other hand is entirely different.

PPC stands for pay-per-click, a model of internet marketing in which advertisers pay a fee each time one of their ads is clicked. Essentially, it's a way of buying visits to your site, rather than attempting to “earn” those visits organically. Search engine advertising is one of the most popular forms of PPC.

Paid To Click (PTC), on the other hand is entirely different. Paid To Click is a rather grey area way of driving traffic to your website.
