You should build back-links not more than 20 per day.

More than 50 per day is enough. out of 50 some 20 will be considered and viewed most. just dont go on creating backlinks blankly, research that where you can get better backlinks and can grab more visitors, and start generating the links. Best of luck

There are no fixed no of links per page so to rank by search engines in their top results. The considerations by search engine ininclude Number of dofollow links, Nofollow links, links from high DA and PA sites, links from relevant websites or interlinks between relevant web pages, and more.. to rank well in least case there will be no links needed if we write the content that answers many complex questions of audience, and made same available for them.
