Noindex means it is an instruction for crawler to not visit the page or link and do not index it.

The noindex directive is an often used value in a meta tag that can be added to the HTML source code of a webpage to suggest to search engines (most notably Google) to not include that particular page in its list of search results.

Noindex attributes is not readable by the Google crawler. Hence it is not helpful in providing search visibility.

No index means that the search engine will crawl you site but will not index it and will not save it in the database so when you will search it the query in the search engine so the page will not be displayed in the search engine.

Generally in SEO we want our pages in the Google indices, because a page that is not indexed cannot be found via search. The NoIndex code snip does exactly what it implies; it tells Google to NOT index the page, so that it cannot be found in search.

Noindex means Google WILL crawl the page, and any links they find in it, however they won't index it
