How to check my site is got google plenty ?

First of all, I need to confirm that it is penalty or plenty, If you are talking about penalty then you get to know about your website from web master tool.
If you have submitted your website in the web master tool, then Google will send you alerts or message there that your website is got penalized.

Check the status of your website on Google Webmaster Tool or
you can manually check by typing the name or url of your website on Google search box, and check the availability of your website there. If it's not there so it means your website's got banned or penalized.

you can see in search console if you got penalty by google it show.

You can directly copy - paste your site domain name OR brand name in Google.

As suggested above, google webmaster tool will provide you all the details about penalty. avoid hidden links and hidden content while submitting links to get indexed.
