How many time H1, H2, H3, and H4 should be used for a page in SEO? What do you think is best?

Heading Tags are very useful in the website promotion.<h1> defines the most important heading. <h6> defines the least important heading.It is important in the search engine optimization.

Well h1 is very important for SEO purpose. Therefore h1 should be used only one time per page and rest of the heading tags from h2 h6, you can use as much you would like to but depends on your web design.
