Next, go to your Settings–>Reading area and look for the Front Page display area. Change the radio button “A static page” and select the front page and blog page from the dropdown menus. Then save changes. Now you can visit your website and you'll see the home page is the one you just chose.

Create a front page in pages chooses add new page title it home, Create a blog page, If choosing to add a blog, Choose add new page again, Go to administrations , settings, reading panels.

in the dashboard's left side at top click on page->add new page. Give Title to your name and write in body whatever you want to show people on your static page. Now, You need to configure setting. You can configure your static page setting by click on Settings–>Reading and click on static than choose where you want to show your static page on front or post page.

If you want a blog on your site but don't want to display the blog on the front page, you can add one on your WordPress Dashboard.
