I suppose it don't matter actually, keyword on your url, title and <H1> is sufficient to take your page to google-bot. So, don't waste your time on keyword density. it's an outdated strategy. you can use your keyword hundred time in your content even then it will act same as with a rational keyword desity.

Keyword density is the percentage of times a keyword or phrase appears on a web page compared to the total number of words on the page. In the context of search engine optimization keyword density can be used as a factor in determining whether a web page is relevant to a specified keyword or keyword phrase. It should be maintained between 2-3 percent to get the maximum benefit for your content in search engines.

Keyword density is the percentage of the number of times a keyword appears on a page divided by the total number of words in that page.
So if in an article of 100 words you are using your keyword 10 times, your density will be 10%. Many people use different formulas to calculate keyword density (like this one).

But in essence:

(Number of keywords/ Total number of words) * 100
