Meta Description issue?

Guys google using my website content for ranking instead of Meta Description. what is there wrong?

The meta description is a 160 character snippet, a tag in HTML, that summarizes a page's content. Since you put a quote in your description, it is rendered as the closing quote for the value of the meta description.
HTML Code:

<meta name="description" content="NarutoFTW.com is a new discussion forum dedicated to the popular anime "Naruto".We love both the anime & the manga. Naruto For The Win!" />

Remove the quotations (") from the description, and the problem should be fixed. of course, it won't update in Google immediately, but at least the cause of the issue will be corrected.

In SEO, Meta description is very important. Fix your HTML codes for meta description.

Sometimes same meta description on all page, might result this issue, check this problem. As every page must have unique title and meta description.

I think that's not entirely true. Meta description tag is a summary of the contents and it is a very good thing for SEO
