I am wondering backlinks from PBN is still powerful as previous or not?. I am planning to buy some domains for my PBN for my 3 months old niche site, just want to get advice from Pro here.

It depends. If you bought backlinks from someone who to build their network from PBN methods, then it won't be private anymore, so yes, be careful, it won't be working. However, if you build those yourself that's another story.
