Hello friends! What are the limitations of title and description tags?

Based on Google SERPs, title tag and meta description character limits have decreased 21% and 23%, respectively. Now it is 55 characters (including spaces) for title tags and 115 characters (including spaces) for meta descriptions.

Optimal Length for Search Engines. Google typically displays the first 50-60 characters of a title tag, or as many characters as will fit into a 512-pixel display. If you keep your titles under 55 characters, you can expect at least 95% of your titles to display.

The following are the character limits for title/headline and description line.
Google AdWords
Title/Headline: 25 characters, including spaces.
Description line 1: 35 Characters, including spaces.
Description line 2: 35 Characters, including spaces.
Recently Google has announced that it will start showing longer headline ads to focus more on mobile device. Due to this the character limit of ads will be changing. The new implementation will be done by the end of 2016.
New character limits
a. Title/Headline 1: 30 Characters, including spaces.
b. Title/Headline 2: 30 Characters, including spaces.
c. Description line: 80 Characters, including spaces.
