Bounce rate is the percentage of visitors to a given website that leaves the site after viewing only a single page. A high bounce rate can be interpreted to mean either that the content is not relevant to its target market or that the site is not attracting its target market effectively. Bounce rate can be measured in one of two ways: Either determining the number of visitors who enter the website but “bounce” or move before exploring anything other than the entry page or determining which visitors leave the site after only a brief time period

Bounce rate is the rate at which the visitors leave your website without really examining what's it about or not completing a particular activity or transaction. 80% bounce rate may either refer to the number or proportion of visitors who visited your site and left (without doing anything).

Bounce rate is the percentage of visitors to a particular website who navigate away from the site after viewing only one page.
When you’re working hard to increase your site’s search performance, one of the things you should do is to reduce a high bounce rate.

Bounce rate calculates the percentage of your websites without going an inner page or subpage he leaves from your website.
bounce rate = total number of visitors who only view a single page/ total number of visitors who enter to that page x 100

Bounce rate is one of the most misunderstood metrics in Google Analytics. Bounce rate is the percentage of single page visits (or web sessions). It is the number of visits in which a person leaves your website from the landing page without browsing any further.

Bounce rate is a standout amongst the most misjudged measurements in Google Analytics. Bounce rate is the rate of single page visits (or web sessions). It is the quantity of visits in which a man leaves your site from the presentation page without perusing any further.

Bounce rate is the percentage of people who arrive on your site and leave without visiting a second page. More importantly, Bounce Rate was designed to tell you if you have the right audience coming to your pages and if you are meeting their expectations.

Bounce rate (sometimes confused with exit rate) is an Internet marketing term used in web traffic analysis. It represents the percentage of visitors who enter the site and then leave ("bounce") rather than continuing on to view other pages within the same site.
